Alissa's Room

First topic message reminder :

Despite the cabin look, Alissa's room is done fancily, with no windows. There is an overhead light almost like a chandelier, the bed is fairly large with red blankets and off-white sheets and red pillow cases, there is a canopy around the bed. There's no carpeting in the room, only hardwood floors.

Claudia felt anger in herself again but pinned it down "Do you remember yourself? The anger, the yelling, the pacing, the talking to yourself?" Claudia sighed and rubbed her temples roughly "Be you...please?"

It was almost as if at her command that Alissa's mood changed, "What the hell did you do to me?" She rolled back over so she could sit up, the covers falling down off of her face, "Why the FUCK am I CRYING?" She wiped the tears from her eyes and caught the sight of the bruises on her arms, "You've got to be freaking kidding me! Jesus woman, did you just beat the shit out of me?"

Claudia was astounded and she stood up while completely ignoring Alissa. Claudia walked away from the bed and into the other room, the kitchen.

Alissa blinked and called loud enough for Claudia to hear, but her voice wasn't angry, "I'm the one who just found myself under the covers covered in cuts and bruises, shouldn't I be the one walking out of the room?"

Claudia turned to face Alissa. Her eyes were a deep green and her hands were in fists "I don't care what the hell you do anymore because I am done with this charade." Claudia sat down at the table, her head in her hands.

Alissa blinked again and stood, her body shifting mid-step into that of her normal, her crimson eyes focusing on Claudia and she walked up behind her chair, pressing herself against it so she could lean over and place her chin on her shoulder, still feeling a bit clingy for a reason she didn't know, "I'm confused, Claudia....what charade....?"

Claudia bit her bottom lip so she wouldn't yell. Through clenched teeth she spoke, "You. Yelling and getting pissed off at me, child of abuse, and then raging mad woman...These fucking bipolar disorders..." Claudia's eyes swelled with tears and she sobbed silently.

Alissa stiffened slightly and lifted her chin from her shoulder and walked over to the fridge, gently hitting her fist into it, "I'm not bipolar....." She spoke softly as she looked forward at the fridge, silently listening to her cry.

Claudia shook her head and rubbed her temples again "Then...what are you?" Claudia whimpered and sniffled a little.

Alissa stared straight on ahead her voice raising ever so slightly, "I'm fucking insane, okay? I'm a raving fucking lunatic who freaks out for no reason and talks to themselves or all of the sudden is afraid of being alone and cries and hardly remembers! Okay...?"

Claudia scooted back from the table and walked over to Alissa. She wrapped her arms around Alissa's waist and pulled her body close to hers "Not okay. We are going to get you help and I am not ever going to leave you for something so small or big."

Alissa spoke stiffly, "You can't fix some things..." She took her fist from against the fist and laid her hands over Claudia's arms.

Claudia felt like a piece of old cloth "This. This can be fixed, no matter how long it takes." She unwrapped her arms from Alissa and stood behind her.

Alissa turned and looked at Claudia, her bangs hanging into her face some, "So, what? You're going to put me on some medication and be done with it...?"

Claudia rolled her eyes "Did I say that? No." Claudia licked her lips and just stared at Alissa "Yes, medications might work and some other things as well."

Alissa sighed lightly, "Some meds for the crazy girl....sedate her then maybe she'll shut up..." She wasn't being mean to Claudia, she was just stating in particular and she moved so she could walk back into the bedroom and lay down on the bed.

Claudia had no idea what to do and she felt helpless, along with not getting through to Alissa. She wanted to pull her hair out but tried to remain calm. Claudia coughed and walked into the bedroom feeling exhausted.

Alissa stared upward at the ceiling, "What are these, 'other things' you spoke of...?" She turned her eyes back to Claudia, looking up at her as she lay flat on her back.

Claudia walked weakly into the room and yawned "Yoga." She felt like laughing and she only smiled. Her head was in serious pain and her eyes felt so dry.

Alissa laughed lightly, "I think I'll take the meds....come over here and sedate me, hm?" She teased Claudia some, still looking up at her as she moved over some so that there was a bit more room on the bed and she wasn't laying directly in the middle of it,

Claudia rolled her eyes "You can have the meds and I will have the yoga." Another wave of pain went through her head and she winced. Walking over to Alissa, or barely walking she climbed into the bed and layed on her right side facing Alissa.

Alissa looked over at Claudia, rolling onto her side to face her as well, slowly wrapping her arms around her and saying softly, "Forgive me...I should have told you a long time ago....probably wouldn't have made it this far, huh?"

Claudia sighed "This does not change how I feel about you and it never will. I will learn..." Claudia moved closer to Alissa feeling the pain increase in her head.

Alissa leaned forward and gently pressed her lips to Claudia's forehead, "How do you know that this is me...? What if I'm actually the raving lunatic that yells about everything, paces and talks to herself...?"

Claudia closed her eyes and thought for a moment "I shall love you all the same. Every lesson has a solution." Claudia turned her head away from Alissa, coughed and turned her head back.
