Zero's Apartment

Its a moderately big room, with a katana set on top of a oak wood dresser. It has a full-sized bed and a small table with a normal looking lamp on top of it. There is a flat screen that Zero fixed hanging on the wall infront of the bed, and a PS3 that Zero won in a lottery drawing right below it. The game rests on a small wooden table, a bit taller than the one next to Zero's bed. To the right is the closet, where Zero keeps his clothes and sword fixing stuff. In his living room is a flat screen also, which he got complementary from a job he did very well. He has a a couch and three chairs in his living room. In the kitchen, it is kept very clean and tidy. The fridge is always packed with food. The washroom is clean, with the towel closet being right across from it.

Zero smirked. "Follow me, then." Zero said, showing her the guest room, the bathroom, his little training room, the kitchen and finally his room. It was tidied up a bit, with some clothes being on the floor. There was a flat screen hanging on the wall infront of his bed, the space once occupied by his PS3 was now empty.

Sarai looks around as he shows her the place. "Nice." She says briskly as he brings her to his room. "Cool, this is so you." She sits on the edge of his bed and collapses, sighing. She lays across the bed at the bottom and looks around. This place is really nice, it feels like him. "Thanks for showing me around, I can't believe I haven't been in here before. I mean you've been to my place countless times."

Zero chuckled. "Well, i've been neglecting to clean it, so I had to tidy it up a bit before you came here." Zero said.

Sarai shrugs and sighs happily. "I don't mind, it's your place." She chuckles, "It can be gross if you want, but... then I won't really come over." She gets up and sits down on the edge instead. "It looks nice to me, just so you know. And I don't think it's really messy."

"Believe me, it was dirty before I decided to clean. I actually had to go demon form to get this place clean." Zero said, chuckling in embarassment. "So, what do you want to do?" Zero asked.

Sarai laughs hearing that but shudders lightly at the thought of him going demon. "So it was bad?" She says, knowing the answer. "You don't clean often, do you?"

"Not really." Zero said. "I clean probably once every 6 months." Zero said. "By that time, its really bad." Zero said.

Sarai looks at him shocked. "What?!" She walks around and shakes her head. "No wonder you had to go demon to do it." She walks over to a shelf and rubs her finger on the edge of it, seeing a little dust she sighs. "You missed a spot."

"I'm off of cleaning mode right now." Zero said, sighing. "It took me the whole day to clean this place." Zero said.

Sarai looks around again. "Well for six months, you cleaned amazingly." She goes over and sits on the edge of the bed again. A thought comes in her head but she tries not to think about it. "Ummm... When did you last replace the sheets?"

"Yesterday, why?" Zero asked her, looking at her quizzingly. He wondered what she was hinking about.

She shudders lightly, "Just to warn you, you need to change the sheets every three weeks. I hope you replaced them often. You can get bed bugs otherwise, and that's not sanitary. Then they get into everything."

"Don't worry, I change my sheets often. I just don't clean overall." Zero said. "Besides, bugs don't really bother me." Zero said, noting his demon side.

Sarai nods and sighs relieved. "Thank god." She looks out the window and sees it getting darker. "Oh, it's late. I guess I should head home..." She looks at her feet, disappointed.

"Well if you want, you can stay here." Zero suggested. "I don't mind."

Sarai smiles and nods, "Okay, you've stayed at my place before." She yawns lightly, her day catching up with her. "Thanks..."

"Do you wanna stay here in my room or do you want to stay in the guest bedroom?" Zero asked." I don't mind if you stay in here."

Sarai shrugs, "I can stay in the guest room." She smiles and looks around his room, "I don't want to kick you out of yours."

"Don't worry about it. But if you insist." Zero said, taking her to the guest room. It was a bit empty, and very clean. It had a t.v. and a bed. "Well, here it is." Zero said.

Sarai smiles and lays on the bed, exhausted. "Thank you so much." She gets up and kisses his cheek, and goes back to sit on the edge of the bed. "I'm only next door though..."

Zero kissed her back. "You can come anytime you want." Zero said, starting to head out of the room. "Goodnight." Zero said, turning off the light.

Sarai lays down and gets under the covers. She waves tiredly and falls off into a deep sleep, dreaming of home. Mum... She remembers her family and life back at home.

Zero went to his bedroom, kicking of his shoes and taking off his shirt and shorts, getting comfortable. He got under his covers, falling to sleep a couple moments later.

Sarai wakes up in the middle of the night, the covers on the floor, and starts crying. She presses her face to the pillow, trying not to be loud, not wanting to wake Zero. Be strong, don't be so stupid. She sobs uncontrollably, mourning.

Zero woke up, slowly, but surely. He heard sobbing. It sounded as if they were trying to hide it though. He got up and rubbed his eyes, heading over to the guest room. He walked inside of the guest room, seeing Sarai crying. He rushed over to her. "Whats wrong, Sarai?" Zero asked, his voice filled with worry.
