Sarai's Apartment

Sarai's bedroom consists of a large white bed near the door, above the bed hangs a black and white picture of cherry blossoms. Across from the bed is her bookshelf. In the corner she has a desk and chair. Beside the desk is her painting easel and brushes, a few feet from that is a music stand. A washroom, kitchen, and small guest room come off the living room, the washroom is full of creams and ivory colors. The guest room contains a double bed, another bookshelf (full of classic novels), and a small dresser with additional shelves,
She has a small living room and has her TV set up across from the leather couch and coffee table. The kitchen is made out of bamboo, light oak, marble and appliances.

Zero smirked, finishing up his dessert soon after Sarai. "You can try, atleast." Zero said, taking the cards and shuffling them expertly. He put two cards, side by side, in the middle of two stacks of 5 cards. Then he split the remaining 40 amongst him and Sarai. "Ready to play?" Zero said.

"You start." Looking at his first card she responds quickly, catching on. She grins and plays against Zero. "Good game." She mutters playing. "But I know I will win."

Zero smirked when the game was done. He won by a narrow margin. "You're good for a beginner." Zero said. He picked back up the cards, shuffling them again really good and passing them back out. "Lets go!"

She laughs, "Pft, beginner. Yeah, right." She smiles hearing him start the next game. "This one I WILL win." She tells him as she plays, moving her hands quickly. "I must win."

Zero smiled at her competitiveness. "Alright, this is getting me pumped!" Zero said, his hands moving just as fast as hers.

Sarai continues playing, determined to win. Sarai sulks, Zero winning again, only slightly though. Her eyebrows furrow. "Are you good at strategy games?" She asks, hoping he's say yes. It would be fun to play...

"I am kinda. What game do you have in mind?" Zero said. He leaned back in his chair a bit.

She shrugs, "I pick up on strategy games fast, but most of those games are group games." She sighs, "Those are the ones I enjoy most, do you have any games in mind?"

"I have a couple strategy games at my house. I could go and get some, if you want to play them." Zero said.

"Sure." She says, smiling. "Pick your favourite games." Grabbing their bowls she washed the last of the bowls. "Take your time, I'm going to change into some sleep clothes." She walks out of the kitchen to her dresser and grabs a loose sleep gown. She turns and walks into the washroom, locking the door. Seeing the box of tampons she sighs. I hope these soon come to use. She thinks to herself as she changes. She brushes and ties her hair back, into a low ponytail. Her hair falling in a rope down her back. She walks back into the kitchen, taking back her seat.

Zero went to his house and came back a couple minutes later, with his PS3 and a couple of games. "I brought Super Street Fighter 4, Valkyaria Chronicles, and LittleBigPlanet." Zero said.

She raises her eyebrows and nods. "I don't think I'd do well at street fighter, I'm not very good at those games. Which one do you suggest?" She walks with Zero into her guest room. Connecting the PS3, she looks at him and smiles. "If I don't do well I might just watch."

"Guess i'll play Valkyria Chronicles." Zero said, putting V.C. in the PS3. He loaded up his data and went to the battlefield, organizing his troops.

Sarai sits beside him, curling into him. She yawns slightly, watching. ""Hmmm... interesting." She thinks about the moves and strategies involved. "Good game." She says quietly.

Zero was arranging his troops, getting his battle strategies ready, and figuring out which troops would have which artilleries. Then he was set. He went to battle with the opposing force, sustaining minimal casualties.

Sarai smiles, tired. "You do well at this." She smiles again. "So basically, it's trying to create maximum damage with minimal risk." She thinks it through. "Makes sense." Resting her head on his shoulder she dozes off.

"Yeah." Zero said. He felt her head on his shoulder and looked at her. She was already asleep. She must be tired. He turned off the PS3, picking her up fireman style and taking her to her room. He layed her on her bed, covering her up. He gave her a slight kiss on the lips. "Good night." Zero said quietly. He went back to the guest room and took off his jacket and shirt. He flopped down on the bed and within instants, he fell asleep.

~6:30am, the next morning.~

Sarai wakes up, dazed and confused. But I- I was with Zero. She suddenly sits up in her bed. She gets up and looks for Zero, finding him in the Guest room, asleep. "Oh." She says, "I guess I fell asleep." She walks into the washroom, brushing her hair.

Zero was fast asleep, dreaming his dreams. He shifted over to his side in his sleep, murmuring a bit and breathing softly.

Sarai goes to the washroom, finding blood. She sits there, shocked and relieved. She takes a quick shower and changes into fresh clothes. She reaches for her box of tampons and uses one. She walks into the guest room, smiling, and looks at Zero. Thank God. He'll be so relieved. Overwhelmed with emotions, she thinks about it. We should be more careful, just in case... Walking into the kitchen, she ties her hair back. Grabbing a cup, she pours herself some Orange Juice. No breakfast today.

Zero woke up, his eyes half closed. "Five more minutes." Zero said, his head hitting the pillow and falling back asleep.

Sarai hears Zero and walks to his room, to find him asleep. "Oh..." She sits in a chair near him and smiles. Only five more minutes? That's just an excuse to sleep longer. She chuckles, remembering how she could do that. And an hour later I would get out of bed. She sits there, to excited to think about if she is acting weird.

Exactly five more minutes later he woke up. He looked over and saw Sarai. "Good Morning, darling. What're you doing up so early?" Zero said groggily, rubbing his eyes.

She smiles, "I couldn't sleep. I usually can't when I get my period." She grins from ear to ear. "I'm not pregnant." She gets up out of her chair and walks towards the bed, sitting non the edge. "Are you hungry, I could make you some breakfast..." She says, happily.

"Good news. I'm glad." Zero said, groggily. "I'm still sleepy, so you mind if I sleep for a little while longer?" Zero asked, smiling.
