*as she fell having extremly good speed and reflexs, he jumped off the chair and did a baseball slide so she would land on him not on the ground*

Hakura was expecting to land on the floor. However, when the thud that sounded was quieter than normal, she looked down. It turned out that Exodus had helped her out. She blushed, getting up off of him. She started sputtering every apology in Spanish that she knew. When she realized that she wasn't speaking the right language, she laughed, slapping herself in the face. 

"I'm sorry. I should have been more careful. Thanks though." she apologized with a small smile, blushing more

"Oh, and yes, I am really clumsy." she said, laughing.

*Exodus, living for so long understood everything she said for he learned many a different language. he laughed getting up*
Well I knew what all you said and it is perfectly fine, i dont mind helping out every once in a while

Your light hakura and hey everyone is something

Hakura laughed, shaking her head. She had to be more careful. She was lucky that she hadn't hurt him and that she hadn't gotten hurt. She walked over to the counter and started to make two sandwiches, one for her and one for him. Once she put peanut butter on hers, she put it aside, putting jam on Exodus's sandwich. She put a little more on for him then she usually put on for herself because he seemed to like it so much. She then scurried over to the apple cutter and grabbed the apple along the way. She sliced the apple carefully with the object, threw the core out in the trash, and put the cutter back in it's place. She put two slices of apple on each half of the bread. She sat down, reaching over and putting her iPod on with the sound low.

"Well, I'm glad I'm not too heavy." she joked lightly, taking a small bite of her sandwich.

Hakura hummed the tune of the song playing in the background. She knew almost every song on her iPod by heart. She would never be as good as the original singers due to the fact that she had never had voice lessons of any kind, but she really only sang for recreation anyway.

*he smiles and took a bite of his sandwich, really happy that it tasted so good*
Well, not much can hurt me anymore so its alright
*he listened to the music, his ears twitching a little bit*

Hakura chuckled, politely taking another small bite of her sandwich. Sure, apples and peanut butter were a normal combination, but she highly doubted anyone had a liking for the two foods on a sandwich. She had always had different taste buds than most people she knew. She hummed quietly, zoning out for a moment. She blinked, looking at Exodus as he spoke. Had she zoned out again and not realized it? Dammit... she thought, laughing lightly at his words.

"I'm sure." she said simply.

She placed her sandwich down, picking up one of the many spare apple slices and taking a bite of it. The 'crunch' sound made her giggle slightly. Finally, she had pretty much let go of her insecurities. She was usually happy spending time with friends, and now that she was relaxed and actually talking to another person who wasn't half asleep, she felt normal again.

"So, how is it?" she asked, indicating that she was speaking of the sandwich.

*he smiles because by the time she asks he already is finished with his sandwich*
Well it is gone, so i think that tells you what i think of it
*he looks at an apple and thinks pointing at is, and a small flame flickers on one of his slices of apple*

Hakura blinked rapidly, as her brain tried to process what had just happened. She must have looked away or something. Either that, or he was really hungry. She shrugged. She took another bit of her sandwich, still listening closely to the music and humming it quietly to herself as she ate politely. She put down her sandwich to ask him a question.

"Can I get you anything to drink?" she asked politely.

She knew that probably sounded like something a housewife would ask, but really, she knew she was only being hospitable. She ran a hand through her hair, trying to keep her bothersome bangs aside, but like always, her hair did its own thing. She sighed inwardly, shaking her head slightly. She saw a fire on her apple and she quirked an eyebrow in confusion. Her natural impulse was to run over to the sink, turn it on, and use the water to put the fire out. She let the thought slide past her, then acted on it. She noticed a water glass sitting nearby. She gestured with her hand for the water to come out of the glass, then twirling her index finger in a circle as it wrapped around her wrist. She flicked her wrist and a few droplets flew off, putting the fire out slowly.

"Be careful. You were quite literally playing with fire there for a moment," she joked, taking the last bite of her sandwich.

*he smiled at her*
I can make my own drink thank you, i dont only play with fire afterall
*he smirked as he opens one hand and there was a ball of water and in the other a ball of lighning*

Hakura laughed quitely. She understood the need to be independant. She had always been that way; even when she was a child. She picked up another slice of apple, taking a bite of it. She pushed the plate between them, in case Exodus wanted any.

"You can have some if you want," she offered, taking another bite of her slice.

She watched his hands with curiosity. She blinked in surprise when her formed the orbs or water a lightning. It was interesting to say the least. She had only run into people with a single element, so to see somone wield power over three was facinating in and of itself.

"Interesante... That's really cool, Exodus. I've never seen anyone do something like that before," she said, smiling at him while continuing to watch his hands.

*he smiles at her and nods*

*he cuts his sentence off looking at the apples and takes one*

Hakura blinked, wondering why he didn't finish his sentence. She shrugged. It was probably just a piece of his past that he didn't want to remember. She herself had a lot of things that happened to her before that she didn't want to remember.

"Your welcome. I figured I'd share, considering you are my friend and everything," she said, smiling.

She reached for another slice, taking a bite of it. It was just perfect for her personal taste buds. She always liked her apples slightly crisp and never really mushy. She reached over to her iPod and changed the song, chewing her inner lip in thought as she sorted through the songs.

"Do you like any particular kind of music?" she asked, tilting her head to the side.

*he looked at her and nodded happy that she did not pry, but he was curious about something*
I will listen to just about anything, music is something that no matter what it is i like it.
*he looked at the apple and sighed*
Do you any mythology by what people call the norse?

Hakura nodded, putting on a different song. She hummed quietly, thinking about the lyrics. Did songwriters always write catchy songs that really didn't mean anything to them? Some seemed personal but others seemed like they were written by someone else.

"No, I can't say I do." she said.

She blinked, wondering where he was going with this conversation. She had heard mythology, but only Greek and Roman mythology. She had liked it when she was a child. It explained at lot to her. She had especially loved the story of Prometheus and the discovery of fire. The ending wasn't exactly happy or pleasant, but it was still fascinating to hear other tales of how people thought things were discovered rather than learning right from a not-so-exciting history book.

*he moves apple slices to make them looks like a bowl, now seemed to have gone into a world inside his own mind that could be good or bad*

Hakura watched the apples form into the shape of a bowl, blinking. She assumed it was him, because she was sure she hadn't touched them. His voice sounded kind of far away, as if he was lost in his own mind. She didn't really mind; she did the same thing sometimes.

"No, I can't say I have..." she said quietly, thinking to herself.

She had heard mythology of most countries. However, she had never had much interest for the Norse mythology. She had heard it once from her grandmother, but quickly pulled out a book of Greek mythology and put it into her hands. She smiled sadly. Her grandmother was the only family member of hers that actually accepted her after she found out she was different. Hakura could almost see the image before her. A common memory of her childhood was her, curled up on her grandma's lap, listening to stories of old.

*he nods. still contemplating. still lost in his own mind*
Then do you think people deserve a second chance.. a chance to make up what they have done... or do you think someone should fight those who found him guilty

Hakura mulled over the thought for a moment. She was never one for violence, seeing what it did to society. She believed that people should be given second chances. Hell, she had been given a second chance by coming here. She had thought before that she would just be alone forever. However, that fateful day that she fell through the wormhole had changed her and her thoughts on everything.

"I believe that people deserve a second chance." she said simply.

She was curious why he was asking, but his voice still sounded lost. She really disliked people being upset, especially her friends. However, she learned from past experiences that it was not always best to know everything.

"I hate to pry, but why do you ask. If you don't want to tell me, it's fine." she said.

*he looks at her, worried now*

my middle name is Loki. because that is who i am. I tricked another god into accidentally kill his brother..

Hakura blinked. So he was a god, hm? Somehow, it didn't surprise her. She had seen and heard really strange things in her short life, and this was no exception. She looked at him, smiling sadly.

"We've all done things we're not proud of..." she said quietly, resting a hand on his shoulder lightly.

Myself included... she added mentally, biting her lower lip. She felt a chill massage her spine, remembering that day in the graveyard.

The rain was coming down hard and fast. Hakura sat in the mud of the graveyard, propped up against a stone, with her chin on her knees. Tears streaked across her face, mixing with the rain that fell from the sky. She heard footsteps in the mud and looked up. Standing over her was her friend, Hakiro. She looked at the ground. After what he had done to her, she wasn't too keen on seeing him. He bent down to her level, wiping her tears before looking her in the eyes. She saw something different in them. They seemed empty, lifeless. The words that left his mouth shocked her.

"Please, just kill me."

At that moment, her heart had stopped. Did he realize what he was asking her to do? She had always been the shy girl, the non-audacious one who could never been seen as a killer. He was asking her to throw away her persona and come out of her shell. She wasn't quite ready for that, for she still was insecure, but seeing him unhappy made her even more upset.

She kissed his forehead before whispering, "I'm so sorry," and stabbing him in the heart.

Hakura let out a shaky breath. Had she really just relived that scene. She shook her head to clear the foul memory before it made her cry or worse.

*he looks at her and stands*
I better go..

Hakura stood up, swallowing. Had she said something wrong? She walked over to him, taking his hand in hers. She wasn't sure what was going on, but she knew that he needed someone. Maybe it wasn't her, but she would let him know she was there.

"Okay... If you ever need to talk to someone... I'm here, just come and find me. After all, it's what friends are for," she said quietly, squeezing his hand lightly. 

She let go, smiling at him a little. 

*he bowed politely*
