As the title suggest. A simple room with a bed, desk and rug. The walls are painted plain white and towards the left is a digital clock hanging on it. Despite it being dreadfully uninteresting, it does have a great view. The room is usually locked indicating that no one should enter unless invited.

Lewin guided Angelo into his bedroom. Since his home didn't have a guest room yet, he'll just simply have to sleep in the living room. The living room was just down the hall so if anything were to happen, hopefully the reverb of the hallways will carry any sound to him. If not, he had heighten hearing, able to sense the highest and lowest of vibrations. The room wasn't very fancy and rather dull and plain. No surprise since this reflected Lewin's apathetic personality. He flicked the switch on and rubbed the back of his neck.

"Its not much, but its home." he said sheepishly following a small laugh. He was about to suggest to Angelo that he was going to be in the living room if he needed anything but judging from what happened back at the forest, it seemed like he was mentally breaking down. What if that happens again? Lewin walked into his closet and pulled out a nice brand new sleeping bag. He remembered buying it just in case for outdoor assignments but never got the chance to use it. He'd rather sleep on the ground like he did in the surrounding forest when Angelo appeared.

"If you need anything, just give my bag a tug." He said while spreading out the sleeping bag.

Angelo furrowed his eyebrows. He had figured Lewin would want to sleep on his own bed. He saw him dig a sleeping back out of the closet. He shrugged, watching him. He blinked, giving him a soft smile. He layed on the floor as well, far enough so that Lewin couldn't trip over him, but close enough that they could talk and hear each other. Angelo didn't mind sleeping on the floor. He smiled softly at Lewin. "Okay, I will." he said softly. He hummed softly to himself, trying not keep Lewin awake. "Show me what it's like to be the last one standing. And teach me wrong from right. And I'll show you what I can be. And say it for me. Say it to me. And I'll leave this life behind me. Say it if it's worth saving me. Heaven's gates won't open up for me. With these broken wings I'm fallin'. And all I see is you. These city walls ain't got no love for me. I'm on the ledge of the eighteenth story. And all I scream for you. Come please I'm callin'. And all I need from you. Hurry I'm fallin', I'm fallin'" he sang softly. It was one of his favorite songs. He felt like he agreed with the lyrics.

Lewin sweatdropped looking at Angelo on the ground. Was something wrong with his bed? He wasn't sure. He slipped out of his jacket and stripped down to boxer and a black tank top. He stretched a bit before he lied down on the ground. He pulled the sheets off his bed and lied down looking at the ceiling listening to Angelo's voice. He couldn't bring himself to separate from Angelo tonight. He tilted his head to look at him. He wasn't ready to go to bed yet. He never had an easy time sleeping anyway simply because he always had at least one thing on his mind.

"Are you okay now?" He asked. "What did you hear back there?" It didn't make sense to him. What could Angelo hear that he couldn't? He never had that happen before. He was always able to sense anything even if it was a mile away.

Angelo shook his head, as if to say it was nothing. That was lying of course, but Angelo was going to explain a little bit later. He looked Lewin in the eyes, smiling at him. Angelo sung because it helped calm him. It kept his mind stable. He blinked a little, slipping his pants off and slipping on a t-shirt. If one had not seen his boxers, then they would have thought he was wearing ONLY the oversized t-shirt. Angelo picked up some habits from Feliciano which were odd, but somewhat cute in a childish way. He looked Lewin in the eyes, shaking his head. "It was just me who could hear those voices. They only talk to the people they want to take over..." he said softly, choosing his words carefully. "And yes, I'm okay now. No need to worry about me! Though, are you okay?" he asked softly, taking Lewin's hand and placing a gentle kiss on the back of it. "And that was to repay you for earlier... Is there anything else I can do to repay you?" he asked. He was pretty sure Lewin would say nothing, but he wanted to do SOMETHING for the green haired boy before him.

"What do they say to you?" He said playing along. He believed every word that Angelo told him however, he couldn't quite grasp it. Whatever it was, it must have bothered Angelo if it brought him to tears. Strangely enough, he could relate to Angelo. "Sometimes I hear voices... Well, one voice." He admitted. "But he says... nice things to me I guess you could say. Therefore, I'm never alone." He wanted Angelo to know that he wasn't alone either. He felt ashame that he couldn't find a way to help Angelo and his mental problems but it couldn't be helped. After all, he was simply only human. He looked at his eyes and truly wanted to have him for his own however, perhaps his voice inside him prevents him from committing. Still, even if they were just "friends", he wanted a little more than friends. He looked at Angelo kiss his hand. He pulled away and sat up looking at him. At that sudden movement, his sheets were wrapped around his lap and his eyes move to the side to prevent eye contact.

"Just one thing." He said. "Do you mind sitting up?" He said, feeling a sort of discomfort.

Angelo blinked. No one had ever cared this much for him. He noticed a slight change in Lewin's behavior. It was as if Lewin was becoming comfortable around him. He smiled at this thought."It's not really important. They don't like it when other people are around, so you scared them off for me... thank you.." he said softly. He would be forever grateful that Lewin was his friend. Something in the other boy's eyes told Angelo that he wanted a little more between them, but something held him back. Angelo wondered what did, but he said nothing. He simply stared into Lewin's eyes. They were just so attractive and it was so easy to get lost in their depths. He heard every one of Lewin's words. He nodded, indicating he understood. He never removed his eyes from Lewin's face, even when the other boy turned his head. Angelo sat up, a little puzzled. What was Lewin going to do? Angelo blushed, thinking about how odd that sounded. Angelo gently reached over to Lewin, slightly turning the other boy's head to face him. He smiled, tempted by the other boy's soft lips, but he knew better by now. He smiled, running a hand down his cheek once before pulling his hand away. He blushed, averting his eyes to the ground. "I'm sorry..." he said softly, apologizing. He knew Lewin just wanted to be friends, but his heart ached for more. The one innocent kiss they had shared felt so... right. Angelo smiled just thinking about it. It had really made him happy, even if it was only a small gesture of affection.

"I wonder if God is testing me." He whispered to himself. He shifted his eyes away from Angelo but manage to conjure the courage to look at him once more. Did He sent down an angel only to tease him and confuse even more? He shook his head to Angelo silently telling him that he shouldn't be sorry. The only person that should apologize was himself. "I find it strange how we keep 'acting' like friends." He added. Why was he doing this to himself? He knew that that's how the world should be. A boy loves a girl and that's simply how it goes. Was it a sin to feel this way towards Angelo? He started to consider maybe he was only being lustful. Seventeen years of empty feelings, was it starting to catch up to him now?

"Everything that has happened tonight. That's not what friends do." He gulped and looked at him, admiring all that Angelo as done for him. "I think all we can do is just be friends." He said painfully. Inside, he was fighting a battle within himself. Was it that voice that was speaking again? He didn't dare anger it since it was that "voice" that stayed with him for a majority of his life. Whether he was schizophrenic, he didn't know. He felt something suffocating him, as if trying to prevent him from speaking anymore but none the less, he rebelled and pushed the words out.

"Everything that has happened tonight can't be erased. I know that we're not meant to be with each other. Tomorrow will bring a new slate and perhaps God will forgive me for all the sins I've done tonight." He looked and smiled at Angelo, or at least tried to. He wasn't very religious however, he always felt an entity looking after him which frightened him. At that moment, he felt sharp eyes watching him. "But morning isn't here yet therefore, I want to make my only night of freedom to last." Mentally he was going insane. He felt his stress come back however, he did not dare shed a tear. Slowly, he leaned towards Angelo and like before, pressed his lips lightly on his however, he quickly pulled away feeling so impure inside until moments later, he leaned back in and held his kiss for a little bit longer.

I don't think humans are meant to love angels.

Angelo nodded, feeling tears prick his eyes. He figured it would end this way. Lewin was right, though. Boys were supposed to love girls, not other boys. Angelo knew that what was happening between them was not a sin. He had talked to God about it once and God had said as long as no type of fornication took place, homosexuality was fine. Angelo didn't say this, because he knew Lewin would remain by his decision. He knew that it was hard to change a human's mind once they had made it up. He sighed softly, muttering to himself. He knew loving a human was dangerous and Lewin was no exception. He wanted to get up and leave right then, because it was obvious he was unwanted. But he had made a promise and he decided he'd at least try to do it half-assed. Angelo gently held Lewin back the second time he tried to kiss him. His palm was placed over Lewin's heart. Angelo shook his head. He was the one being stupid. He was the sinner, not Lewin. Angelo stood up, putting on the clothes he had brought with him, tears welling in his eyes and threatening to spill. He swallowed the lump in his throat. "You're right. Friends don't do this. Not at all. I-I should go. I-I just got a text saying that they found me a home. I-I'm sorry." He fought his tears back as he headed towards the living room, walking slowly in case Lewin had to say something to him before he left. Angelo was really upset and just wanted to put this all behind him. He would go out somewhere and get drunk and flirt with girls until he totally forgot all about this. He knew that he couldn't get attached to humans because not only were they mortal, but they were heartbreakers, whether they knew it or not. Girls weren't as harsh as boys, but Angelo winced, thinking about the fresh scar that was imprinted on his heart now because of the situation.

As they let go of that small kiss, he felt his heart become even more tainted. It wasn't the same this time. It didn't make his heart pound, only regret. He slipped on his pants and his jacket and stood up dusting himself. He looked at his mirror and let out a low inaudible chuckle. He felt like it was a curse; To never be loved by anyone or anything. In the depths of his mind, he heard a voice echoing, telling to forget it. He faded into a painful smile and lightly pounded his fist on the wall. In his mind, he kept hearing that same voice, telling him to forget. It wasn't like he was ever alone in the first place. He looked in the mirror but for some reason, he couldn't see himself. He saw a different character there. He saw confidence roaring in his reflection. He stared at the boy in the mirror for quite sometime. He touched the reflection and shook his head. He smirked just like the boy and his eyes grew confident like the boy. All the mental stress that had build up tonight was finally at its peak tonight.

Moments later, he opened the door gently and looked at Angelo walk down the hallway. He slipped his hands in his pocket and his walking pattern was bold and distinct. Slowly, his pace ameliorated into a nice, fast walking pace. Fast enough to catch up to Angelo. He placed his hand on his shoulder and forcefully turned him around. His eyes weren't the same innocent ones he had back in the forest, they were sharp and intimidating. Definitely not representing the persona back then.

"Dear Angel, why do you cry?" He asked in a sickly tone. His voice was serious and bold, unlike the boy before. His mouth cringed into a small smirk. "Did I hurt you?" He asked sincerely but with a morbid flavor to it. His smile only grew wider from there as if he couldn't control himself. "I never had someone so pretty before 'love' me." He said emphasizing on the word love, mocking the term. "So tell me what I can do to fix this pretty Angel." He wrapped his arms around Angelo, locking them and tightly securing it. He pressed Angelo tighter his body, almost as if he was trying to suffocate him. Finally, he opened his mouth once more only to try to provoke Angelo to never speak to him again. In the depths of his eyes, there was still that old Lewin crying out to Angelo that he was sorry but this Lewin would rather express it in a different way. A way where they will never cross paths ever again.

"I 'love' you."

Note: Lewin does suffer from DID (Other words, personality disorder. More information in application) when under mental stress so he's a bit of a handful;; A side-effect of DID is memory lost between each switch.

Angelo shoved Lewin away, glaring at him. His jaw was set as if he was angry. And he was. He didn't care anymore. His fists shook with rage and he proceeded to shove the boy to the floor, still glaring at him. The tears evaporated and he turned on his heel, only saying one thing before he left. "You son of a bitch..." he said caustically, before slamming the door shut behind him. He ran off into the night, not caring where he ended up. He just wanted to forget everything. He shook his head, the tears coming back as he walked off.

Lewin landed on the ground laughing hysterically and placing his hand on his forehead. Finally as his nerves cooled down he sat up in a criss-cross position. His smirk was still sitting on his face and mentally, he was satisfied.

"Bye Sweetie!" He said, waving good-bye to him. Under his breath, he muttered a small "forever" as if trying to win the last battle. He jumped to his feet and started to whistle back to his room. As he looked in the mirror, he saw a helpless boy, heart-broken. He hummed the tune of his whistle and looked at the boy. He knocked on the glass and let out a small chuckle.

"Aw... Don't tell me you're going to cry too but fear not. He doesn't accept you at all. Look at what he said to you, you 'son of a bitch.'" He paused for a second waiting for his reflection's response. "But that's okay, because unlike him, I truly do love you." His eyes grew softer and so did his smile, saying it like he truly meant it which he did. He spun around the room and sang those three words, "I love you" over and over again. Finally, he returned to the mirror and smiled at it. "You're never alone because I'm here to protect you always and forever. Now its time to forget about him and never go back." A few moments later, he banged his head on the mirror, breaking it and slowly fell down on his sheets with the shattered glass. His forehead started to bleed but no matter, he will be okay as long as he forgets. With that, his memory of Angelo was forced out and like the mirror, was shattered.
